All orders placed before 12:00 PM (midday) on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM or over weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

Free Delivery
Free delivery on orders over R350 anywhere in South Africa.
Cape Town Metro

Estimated delivery: ±2 working days

Coverage: Northern Suburbs, Southern Suburbs, City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard, and West Coast (up to Melkbosstrand).

National Shipping (outside Cape Town Metro)

Cost: R85

Estimated delivery: ±3 working days

Coverage: All areas outside Cape Town Metro including Paarl, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, etc.
Remote / Outlying Areas

Delivery may take longer.

If our couriers cannot deliver directly, we’ll contact you to arrange collection from your nearest Courier Guy locker or PostNet store.
Delivery Conditions

Please provide a valid and deliverable address where someone will be available during working hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00) to receive your order.

Delivery times are estimates only and depend on third-party courier networks.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we make returns simple.
