At MeWanti, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, don't worry – we've got your back with our 30-day return policy.
To return an item, please ensure it's in the same condition you received it – unused, and in original packaging.

Damages and Issues
Unpack your order with excitement, but if you spot any issues – like a defective or damaged in transit item, or even the wrong item – let us know pronto. We'll sort it out and make things right.
Unfortunately gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Prefer something different? The quickest route is to exchange an item is to return the item you no longer want and simultaneously / afterwards process a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and conduct a review, we'll notify you. If we require additional information, we'll reach out to you. If everything is in order, anticipate a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please be aware that the refund process varies depending on the payment processor's policies. Transactions made using credit cards are typically refunded directly to the card used for the purchase. However, in some cases, our payment provider may require your banking details to process the refund.
Additionally, please note that your bank may also take some additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
